Unacceptable service

Hotels.com has disgusting service and they *****ing peoples money. We made a booking for protea hotel by marriot in Sea point cape. We cancelled our booking a day before travelling. We are being sent pillar to post by the Hotels.com saying that Protea Hotel refuses to refund us.

This is uacceptable and we still havent recieved our refund.
