Booked and paid in advance for 6 nights. Get to the hotel to be told that [URL Removed] cancelled my booking. Hotel kindly booked another hotel the next day, at their expense. Spent three days checking in and out of hotels. [URL Removed] was of no help, expecting me and hotel to sort out the problem. Absolutely disgusting.
