Stranded in Zanzibar by Hotels.com!!!

Arrived alone in Nungwi Zanzibar for two nights paid and confirmed on the 22nd of November at Beach Baby Lodge for the 26th and 27th of December to be advised that they canceled with me on the 12th of December. I have received no communication and no refund.

Shocking service by the booking provider. Will never use Hotels.com again. Be warned!!!
