I booked accommodation with Hotels.Com on the 23rd of September 2021, just to find out by the owner of the guest house his been fully booked since the beginning of the until next year, as he have no clue how they even could get a booking for me, I have been sending emails have been calling and asking for them to deposit my money back and so far they have not, every email they sent me thus has been a lie saying they have deposited my money but nothing is reflecting in my account, I have asked for confirmation of payment from them, no response, they are unprofessional, will never recommend them to anyone.
