Non refundable

I booked accomadation at Hawane resort in Swaziland. For 10 - 12 July 2015. When I contacted the resort they had no open accomadation for that time. So how can [URL Removed] advertise and even book and take payment if the resort does not have it available. The Last feedback I got was 14 April to say They will refund me within 30 days. No further communication and their toll free 0800 number does not work as well
