No resolution of past booking issue

<p>I am so frustrated right now that after several attempt to ask Hotels.com to assist in resolving my query the matter remains unresolved. I book Motel Mi Pi Chi on Oct 13 and only got receipt for R398.00.</p> <p>Our credit card statement shows two amounts for this booking with reference number ********** 45755, R796.00 and R197.99. </p> <p>It's so frustrating asking them to help. I even spoke to a manager from Latin America who promised to help but until now all I'm getting are generic responses to my email. </p> <p>We are due for audit and we need all our records in order and this issue is preventing us from doing so.</p> <p>I hope anyone from Hotels.com who actually cares reads this.</p>
