NEVER TRUST [URL Removed] BOOKINGS

I made a booking with [URL Removed] My Booking Confirmation No ***. When we went to check in the lodge informed us that they were already fully booked and could not accommodate us.They said that they had already informed the booking agents a week ago that they were fully booked. I called Hotel [URL Removed] to get assistance to resolve this problem as we were stranded without accommodation. The agents transferred me to various departments just passing the buck. I was told that there was nothing they could do after being with them on the phone for 2 hours.
