Money *******ly taken off account

I made a booking online last night, request was pay later. About 5 minutes after the booking was made they deducted the money. When I called them I spoke to a guy who put the phone down on me when I called back a sandy answered the call and said refund was made then she said I must call my bank then she said 7-10 working days then she put the phone down
