Limited Assistance from HOTELS.COM

I am disappointed as my husband has a gift card for HOTELS.COM and we cannot get assistance online or via their customer service desk. This is truly frustrating as we are transferred from one agent to the next, either cut off and not being helped. They cannot give me a list of hotels where I can redeem this gift card and I must go into their site and use a trial and error method!!!
