I want my refund back

On the 24th September 2021 I booked a hotel to stay for my brothers wedding in Lichtenburg at Valotone 2 Bed and Breakfast only to arrive at the Hotel and there was no answer from the owner. Later at night we got hold of the owner and he confirmed that he is no longer taking bookings and he has permanent tenants. I have called the owner and Hotels.com for my refund and nothing has been done. Very bad service and *******.
