They are a bunch of *******. They took my booking and never said there is special terms and conditions. My wife became sick the day before we left. I phoned to cancel because we were not sure if it was Covid. By the next day we got the results and it was negative. I tried to re instate the booking but was told I could not. So I asked for a refund. I was sent a mail telling me that I lost the R2500 completely!!!! 😒 This is blatant theft. They hide behind Expedia and other tech sites.
