Hotels.com are a bunch of *******

I just cancelled my hotels.com account after 11 of frequent use. I lost money on a booking that was cancelled by the hotel and hotels.com has made no effort to resolve this situation and refund me. They are no better than pickpockets who take your wallet on public transport.
