Holtels.com Catch a Wake Up!

Most horrible service ever! I booked accomodation in Mauritius for April 2020 before Covid-19 issues. I was suppose to be given a coupon for the accommodation amount, 4 months now still waiting for coupon after multiple phone calls and email conversations. They say a special covid team will get back to me with the coupon but no one ever does. Useless company. Never book with them ever!
