This after the e-mail confirmation used words like "room", 8 twin beds, etc. They don't even allow you to leave comments, unless you sign in. Talk about manipulating fair comments.</p> <p> Then to get through to the helpline.......what a nightmare. Now we have to wait 30 days for refund?</p> <p>Will never use them again.</p>
