FALSE ADVERTISING - Refuse to Refund Money

I surfed on [URL Removed] website for accommodation for a long stay in HCMC,Vietnam. <br> Phuc Khanh Hotel offered an affordable stay. We looked through all possibilities on offer & booked a room according to the pictures shown next to the available room types & prices and did the payment for my son's 24 days stay. <br> When he arrived at the hotel, he was very shocked to find a room with 8 cubicles in it (a row of 4 cubicles on top of each other) with each one having a curtain to serve as a door. This small space contained only a very thin mattress, one pillow & bedding. <br> If I've seen the real pictures next to the description of rooms, I NEVER, EVER would have booked it for a long term stay in the first place.<br> My son immediately made a complain at the reception. He found better accommodation and checked out. They said we must follow it up with [URL Removed] which I did. [URL Removed] promised to look into the query and arrange a refund, but responded that they couldn't refund us because they can't get hold of Phuc Khanh Hotel via telephone.<br> This is not acceptable. It is NOT my fault that they can't get hold of the hotel. <br> It was bad & false advertising. I want my REFUND back. Thanks.
