<p>Booked on hotels.com and paid via credit card. They **** about the room and its amenities. .. **** when I called them....saying they would contact the hotel. Consultat ... bob was rude!!!!! I waited an hour on the phone.Would not let me explain my concerns then blames me . Arrived at the hotel (5 days later)after I contact management there to be asked to pay as there is no booking! Now I cant get my money back and I paid twice</p>
