Absolutely disgusting - Booked and paid immediately, only to be told in writing by the resort that no booking was received and they were full, so I should not even go.

I called Hotels.com, they told me that we should drive the 4 hours and if we get there and still cant stay, they would find another place in the area?

They will not refund me???? Absolutely disgusted
