Charges your account without informing you

So I booked for a hotel in Mauritius. On the website it clearly states that you have two options for payment. One to pay immediately and the other to pay when you check in at the Hotel which was a slightly higher rate. I chose to pay at the hotel and when taken to the booking page it even indicates that there was nothing due now and that you will only be charged when you check in or out of the hotel. <br> <br> The email I received also said the hotel will charge me in their currency when I check in. About an hour later I received 2 attempts of trying to charge my account for the hotel, upon calling the call centre, they just keep passing the buck to say that the hotel policy was there and I clearly agreed to it. When I asked them to show me exactly where that clause is they were unable to, neither was it on the email as they claim it to be. <br> <br> And for some reason what I see on my side doesn't look the same as that they see and because of that it's my fault and my reservation got cancelled. <br> <br> I would not recommend them at all!
