BE AWARE, BE VERY AWARE!!!!!!!

<p>I went onto Hotels.com to make a hotel booking. After checking all the info and making sure that the "quoted price" included all the taxes, levies, etc. I clicked on the "Apply" button only to receive a SMS from my bank that my credit card was debited with more than what I was quoted.</p> <p>Upon calling them they admitted that it might have been a "small glitch" and promised me a refund. </p> <p>The refund can take up to 30 days which is pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>So my advice will be to stay as far away from these booking sites and rather book directly with the hotel, for peace of mind!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
