APARTMENT BOOKED DID NOT EXIST

I booked an apartment with [URL Removed] in Cape Town for December 2015. On arrival at the apartment I called the contact given to me by [URL Removed] to get the key and the number did not exist. I called [URL Removed] who said that they would find alternative accommodation as they also could not reach the contact. I am still waiting from the 27th of December 2015 for this alternative accommodation. I was left stranded in Cape Town in peak season with overseas guests. I would like to warn everyone out there not to book with this website.
