Please assist

I just want to report Booking.com. I booked accommodation on the 23rd of January with booking number *** and the accommodation was in Pretoria and when I received a confirmation email was stated that the accommodation was in Japan. Please assist me on this matter I need my refund and they are not responding to my cancelation emails The hotels name was Hotel area one ise.
