Never ever use this online hotel booking system which I found via the Trivago website. They will advertise the cheapest rates BUT will inform you a few days prior to your intended stay that your booking has been cancelled for reasons beyond their control. They refuse a cash refund and offer a “credit voucher”. ****** and the internet is full of complaints about them. Never pay upfront!
