Blood stains

So i booked at this hotel on the 10th September 2018,I was given two sets of towels at the reception,I used one towel in the morning and only to find out it had blood stains on it,I checked the second towel which also had the same blood stains,the level of cleanliness is poor,from the reception corridors all you can see is unsweeped floors,the carpets. I laid my complain to the receptionist lady who just laughed me off and later just said sorry,the type of sorry she didn't mean.

I was very disgusted with this hotel,
