SHOCKING & USELESS HOTEL

Booked two weeks for a dinner with clients at the Eclipse Restaurant. Received two SMS' confirming the booking including one the morning of the dinner. In the UBER on my way I received a phone call to tell me the restaurant is unavailable & that my booking has been moved to the Equinox restaurant. I then had to contact all 5 clients to advise them. When I arrived they have booked us in the breakfast restaurant. When I complained & asked for the GM I was told he is not available as he is in a meeting. Totally embarrassed that I have to host my clients in this shocking venue, I managed to find a booking at another Restaurant, which of course inconvenienced my clients having to move to another venue. Shocking & embarrassing. Useless hotel. DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
