Lack of disabled facilities

The low rating is due to the disabled parking and entrance considerations.

Parking is on the lower level and clearly marked, however the access to the elevator is completely impractical. There is a large step and no ramps at any of the 3 entrances. the door requires a manual opening and is heavy, so the person would need to wait for someone to assist them into the building. This is unacceptable at such an elegant establishment. at least have ramps on the side entrances to assist our disabled friends and family.
