Absolutely Shocking

Had so many issues. They made a breakfast pack for us and none of the 4 was right that we order. Spoek to them and the next day the same issue. Came back and my room was open the cleaners didn't close it. Then the next day my bed was only made no towels and the bin wasn't cleaned. Also the next day need to use the bathroom and no toilet paper. Took them 45 min after me calling reception twice to deliver. Asked to speak to the GM and 4 days later nothing!!! Absolutely shocking and will never stay there again.
