A disappointing stay

I stayed here for my birthday about 2 weeks ago. Really not worth it. May as well book a 3 star Road Lodge. Poor customer service at the front desk and restaurant Equinox. Menus outdated at Equinox resulting in overcharging - staff in the restaurant in-efficient and ill-mannered. Self-help desk does not work which leads reception being packed and receiving assistance taking a while. Basics such as tooth paste and toothbrushes (not provided in the room) come at an extra cost. No room service. No phones in the bedrooms. Coffee stations placed in the lobbies instead of each individual room.
