3x over charged deductions without consent, ******** conduct- *****

After failing to meet the requirements of an arrangement between my place of work and the Hotel pertaining to accommodation arrangements. I was asked to make a payment under false pretenses advised the funds will be placed on hold until the next morning. The next day the amount went off twice and with the 3rd attempt resulted in my account being in a negative. After making contact with the Hotel staff 4 days later multiple emails and chasing up my money no response expect for 3 days ago that they have alerted there bank to release the hold. Over 4 emails in details and still no resolution to even pretend to assist me. This to after they ***** my money under false pretense and then dont have capacity to understand the seriousness of there ******** acts are.
