Sky hotel - stay away

2nd time around. Really bad service at front desk, both times. Second time worse than ever. Room not ready at 14;00.Eventually put into tiny depressing room. Not what we booked. Car landed up parked in the road, no space on garage. Staff are clueless. No training. An embarrassment to SA tourism, again!!
