****ROACHES/ UNFRIENDLY STAFF

The whole experience. I am exhausted! It was the worst 2 days I have ever had sleeping at an hotel. The only reason I booked was for the kids to enjoy the pool area. The pool area was closed the entire stay, they claimed it's due to wind conditions, bear in mind I was in Town, not a wind insight on the days of my stay.No notification on your website, nothing!!! But the assistant manager says, there is a note in the lift😳😳 How does that help me when I book???We had to drive out to a pool area and pay so our kids can have something to do. Because in all honesty other than the pool area, there is absolutely nothing for kids to do. To add insult to injury, I book a massage, someone doing house calls. Because of the size of the room, we moved the bed, only to be greeted by a handful of ****roaches, I went to reception to complain. One of your staff said the whole hotel is infested, they literally make a home behind your coffee machines, and that the hotel is aware of it!!!! What the hell!!! Neville did offer to upgrade our room, which was cool. On our last day, the hotel was full to capacity, there were literally queues for breakfast, we waited for what seemed to be an hour, because of this, breakfast ran late. We eventually headed back just after 10 only to find that our keycard was not working!!!! Is there no communication between departments!!! Like " lets not **** guests off further, delay the check out time, because clearly we do not plan for when we are fully booked!!! And because our lifts already waste 30min of our guests lives" Let us also speak to our sour faced staff, who looks upset, because them working a breakfast shift is somehow our fault!!! These 2 days exhausted me!!!!! I hated the experience, the service...the unfriendliness of your staff and the dirty facilities!!!
