Lift an Pool incident

The lifts is the worse..you wait more then 20-30min just to move up or down..an we had an issue with management with drinks @ the pool area..we bought bottled wine from the bar an they agreed we can enjoy at the pool an supp**** plastic glasses bt then yet we got a whole incident with management..so it's a No for Sky cape Town..Sandton Sky made my stays very pleasant..
