Hotel Sky is Horrible! Don't Go there. Not the value for money!

I am utterly disgusted in the service we got at Hotel Sky. Firstly I booked the table close to the window and when we got there one of the employees rather said because the group was a group of 20 that is why they got preverence over us. Secondly we were emailed a different menu than the one provided in the Infinity restaurant. Hotel Sky is inconsistent with the food we ordered. We ordered the same burgers but our burgers looked different, one had cheese and the other had none. We ordered a platter and because it said the platter serve for 2 we tried it. I was very disappointed because it was actually a platter for 1. Definitely not the value for money!!!!

We asked our waiter (Calvin) to speak to the manager who did not address himself. He was extremely rude and argued with us instead of coming to a compromise.

I can't believe that a Hotel that is supposed to be rated this high have failed us miserably. We expected better service.

I would not want to step a foot in this Hotel again and neither will we recommend this restaurant to anybody!!
