Hotel sky!!! Dont leave anything there they WILL take it!!!

I stayed at Hotel Sky on the 20-21 Aug, We checked out on the 21st. I left my face wash body wash and a face sponge in the shower. When i got on the airplane i realised i left it behind and sent a email just 2hours after check out. I did not get any respons from them until the next day. Stating that room service did not find it as its not in the lost and found. And they will follow up. Its been 3 weeks. I sent another email to them and received a email from them firstly stating it was found in dustbin and they threw it out and then also saying nothing was found. I am very very unhappy to read that they say it was allegedly left behind. I most certainly would not go through all the effort to only get back whats mine if it wasnt so. The wash , sponge and body wash total was almost R500 and i was still new i bought it before my trip.
