Disappointed @skyhotel

Halo :) Just want to review hotel sky as I had a very disappointing stay there.

Firstly we went to hotel sky last weekend x2 people. Paid R1300 then went again the following weekend 4 adults 1 child charged Way more but get exactly the same room as the first time when we were 2 we asked for a bigger one hence we paid more my husband had to literally sleep on the floor as we didn't want to make a scene and complain .. well mostly he didn't want to but I do! I don't feel it's fair .secondly when to breakfast which is included in the price and there they tell my husband you can't go for seconds which is not stated anywhere .so if you're hungry after eating you can go get something els? Went to the (club in the hotel) got drinks Bill was R855 gave a tip of R275 but this morning noticed they charged R1500 .. such a bad experience we just wanted to get out and experience a good family night out.
