Bad Service

My worst experience ever ... Never again.. been waiting from 16h17 for a change of rooms. Booked a 5 night stay, and chose to downgrade rooms because of the aircon, TV location of tge std room and the actual room layout. I was graciously downgraded, but to a room with dysfunctional aircon.. told them and 2 days later I was moved to a similar room when i enquired with them, but the worst. It is in a corner, smaller and upon enquiry, they said they are going to try heat up 3 rooms, then get me. It is now 18h00, over 1hr 20mins of waiting in a room, am cold, i am uncomfortable and i got a flu because of their aircon. I travel a lot, and I have never experienced anything like this
