Pathetic quality and even more pathetic service

Completely ridiculous! I purchased 2 sets of bedding from Hotel Quality Bedding and after one wash the colour completely ran. Colour even ran onto the pillows, so not even drenched in water! I immediately notified them and was asked to return them.

Courier collected the sets on the 15th August and to date the factory is apparently still ‘testing’ the fabric. I mean how long does it take to wash a piece of cloth???

I have been fed empty promise after empty promise. Constantly being told I would be called or I would get feedback and nothing. If I don’t message them, I hear nothing.... I WANT MY MONEY BACK
