Hotel Meow -Eikenhof
We left out pet cat in the care of Hotel Meow while away on vacation for approx 5 days in Oct 2020. On the second day we received a call from Hotel Meow to say that out pet cat had escaped from under the enclosure and has vanished. Hotel Meow made no attempt to recover our lost pet . My kids are devastated since they were very fond of him. Hotel Meow service is pathetic to say the least. Its been 9 days since he disappeared. Please do not make use of Hotel Meow in Eikenhof, Johannesburg.

13 Jan 2021, 22:23We took full responsibility for Frakies escape ,we did our best by posting on social media , going on nightly lookouts visiting spca and vets to try and find Frankie.
We also refunded you and offered a replacement cat .We have not stopped looking.
