Bad service

I am very much disappointed as we booked on the 12 but we couldn't even sleep. The place looked like a shabeen(drinking spot). It was too noisy and I called reception twice for them to change my room or refund me so that I can go somewhere else peacefully. They have very low standard of culture and no body cares.service is not a priority. A hotel should be peaceful place but as for that one yoh
