Very rude & annoying Titan claims to be a manager

I received an unknown missed call from 011 ***at 11:59 on the 13th of July 2015,when i called back was attended to by a very rude arrogant and unprofessional guy by the name of Titan. I requested that details be removed with immediate effect from their system he accused me of threatening him . i continued to request for the manager he said he was the manager there is nothing that he can do to help me because he cant take orders from me and that he cant walk around 300 agents and tell them to remove my contact details.He asked me who I am to to do such then he said his other manager Busi Ntshingila was not available.This company is very unproffessinal and there do not have work ethics.
