Unsolicited sales calls followed by debits to acc

Different people are always calling me about sales etc. In all the confusion my account was debited and now they refuse to return my money because \the card has already been made"or something like that. I do not accept this. My car insurance has not been payed this month because of that unplanned/ unauthorised debit. I WANT MY MONEY PLEASE. You can keep your card"
