Unauthorized debit

I transferred money to my credit card and saw that the amount wasn't available. I then immediately phoned my bank to ask where my money is and they informed me that Hotel Express has debited my credit card - AND I NEVER AUTHORIZED IT! I never signed anything and I need that money. This is totally unaccepted.
