Unauthorised Debit order

An amount of R 1795.00 was debited from my account without authorisation, have been sent from pillar to post for 5 consecutive days, Spoke to Sarah Bhengu from Hotel express who reffered me to Natasha at Mangaliso Holdings. Could not get hold of Natasha as Amanda Songo would not let me speak to her.<br> According to Sarah, Natasha is suppose to send s form to her for her to process a reversal, am very annoyed and will take this up whatever it takes.
