Unauthorised debit order

Hotel Express Debited R3540.00 from my account and I've tried to get my money back and for them to cancel the link made to my Credit Card. The debit order were made on different dates( on the 14th February 2015 they debited R1775.00 and again on the 15th of April they debited R1015.00, on the 17th of April R300.00, on the 20th R300.00, on the 21st of April 155.00 ). I spoke to Primrose Songo who always come up with excuses and some false promises, sometimes she ignores my calls and never get back to me. Even sent an email with my Bank Statement attached to their support email address and nothing has changed. even spoke to someone by the name sarah , she also failed to help me.
