<p>I am emotionally exhausted as I type this email, this merchant has caused me nothing but sleep less nights. I first received a call from a sales consultant who explained all the details we then agreed on a payment plan to my surprise when the date came for the first payment to go through they took an amount we did not agree on. I then decided to cancel this deal of which they were "understanding". Little did I know that they are blue collar *********, a few weeks later I woke up to a bank notification that they were trying to debit my account I called them and sent an email. I even went as far as to apply for a dispute with my bank which was succesful. Today I wake up to yet another notification that they debited my account, for the past few weeks I have been calling and their systems are always down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have cost me so much money and time, I am now spending my time & resources trying to get my money back all they can say is that they understand my frustrations. If they did they would have stopped terrorising my account. Please beware of these *********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
