taking money without permission

my name is Thulani,<br> <br> I have been experiencing problems with Hotel express international, these people took money from my account without my permission on the 25/02/2015 and gave me hassles when they had to refund,they eventually refunded my money after a number of days and promised that wouldn't happen again but to my surprise on the 26/03/2015 they took money from me and I am having problems getting it again, woman named Petula Pienaar is the call centre manager at the Midrand branch and very *********** too has also been giving me problems about my refund, they have caused some serious damage by taking money from account.<br> I want that money to come back with interest.
