*****ing my money out of my bank account

I was contacted and were told that this person wants to send me my platinum card. After the conversation R5965 were deducted from my credit card on 5/6/2015 at 12:16. I was not informed of any payments etc and want my money back!!!! I phoned a few times but obviously I was told that they will phone me back..... they also do not respond to mails..... i send them a few to every e mail address on their webpage.....I also spoke to that guys manager and he also did not mention any costs involved.
