Shocking Rude Service

Never had I been called such rude names over the phone by a person trying to sell me a product. All because I requested to deal with the original lady that sold me the initial product. Chantel became deranged and hysterical over my request to be transferred to sales person of my choice, started screaming and calling me names.<br> <br> Hotel express international ***? What are the company values, don't these get transferred to your staff? Doesn't the company record phone calls for quality control? This lady needs to be fired & I want my apology. I wonder how many customers have been handled in this disgusting manner and how many business deals have been lost due to this attitude.<br>
