I received a call fro call early September from Faith and she told me that i qualify or VIP gold card and it's selling for R3500.Right there i told her i can't afford that lump sum, she said there's another option for 12 months which i can pay R279 per month. Then i agreed and she asked for my card and CVV.On the 26th i realized that my bank balance is not what i expected, an amount of R2 525 had been debited on my account. Then i immediately call the number that Saturday afternoon and I got through a lady who claimed to be a senior manager. I then relate my story an she told me that I can't be refunded when I told her I need my money back. I said she can even listen to their recording but it was I'm not even talking to her she didn't say anything about my advise. Then she said she will ask the agent to call m back Monday, but no one called when I called after 3 days .The said they will look to the matter until today!
