Sad, Disappointing and frustrating

Its sad that the matter that took place in December has not been resolved.I haven't been refunded for receiving benefits we did not agree upon'. Sadly when i send the agent Nicolas asking him who should my lawyer contact to get the matter resolved, he send me the review i send on the 08 January 2020 at 14:33 and said "You jeopardized my reputation there while i was nicely with you. I told you that im working on it" I responded and said what i wrote was not a lie and im also fighting with my husbands for that money. He further said "follow what your lawyer is saying" Are we not suppose to write reviews when we are not happy,I service clients as well and i cant blame them for writing review after they engaged me and the matter was not resolved. Are we that naive that instead of solving a problem we shift the blame . Disappointed because now im the one engaging my lawyer at my expense to to assist resolve the matter when an agent called and sold benefits and they failed to deliver.
