REQUEST FOR REFUND OF MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I have joined this group last year but never used their services. This year a gentleman by the name Jay Subramoney called me to renew my membership which I did not accept. we agreed that he will call me on the 27th April 2020 again to see if I accept the renewal or not. BOOM! on the 27th April money was taken from my account. I have since requested a refund, filled in refund forms, and when I call the customer service on ***, I am told I am not the only one waiting for a refund. This is the worst service that I have ever experienced in my life. I need my money as soon as possible because I do not use their service and I will never use it in the future. Emails were sent to Fikile Jali (the consultant)on many occasions without success. The worst company ever! Run Away!!!!!
